...ed for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

We have Job security but we dnt have growth opportunity.

No Growth in last 3years. Very less salary hike every year. 1st they will give you good rating when its time for promotion they will give you very low rating so no promotion u can get.

...nagement is transparent.there Isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t.address our issues.salary is a decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which.you.cannot resing.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Career Growth is Very good as it has good brand. Salary is Good when compared with competitors. Work life balance is average, pressure will be immense but if you can handle them you'll have good career ahead. Team mate's are good and you'll get good support. Overall Better company to start a career.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the companies salary packages and its not a merket reliable so male female both comfortable of this.

Compensation is decent work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
