...relieving & fnf settlement was comunicted verbaly for whch I had ask in writing. But it was asured dt recovery amt ll nt vary & latr thy givn recovery of gross salary which is high. When I not worked then also they added hra, supplementary allowance, statutory bonus in my recovery amt. Firstly If i have not taken any benfits with organization then recovery is not calculated and If the recovery calculated then it is always calculated on monthly basic salary.Rest all are additional benefits given to the employee. But then also ipru charged me recovery of 2month gross salary. As I have to get my reliveing letter so i had paid the recovery. But now I am writing the complaint as I was charged too. Pls help me out for it.

Experience person gets low salary lower grade campus person get more culture like buttering and in Banca your salary full expenses in branch buttering even hr there some mangers required training who did 1st job in ipru during I joined more than 8 people resign in a year..

During covid 19 lockdown company supported the emoloyes very nicely, give salary on time.

Dislikes

Working culture is very bad. There is no fix time to go home. No fix time of closing the office. Even some times office closed at 10.00 pm. There is no systematic thing in the company, any manager can make their own rule. Also internal politcs is also there. Lot of pressure to achieve target. No clear communication from managers for about the working procedure. No ethics and compliance. No career growth, even many employes who are working from last 5 years with a great performance are not get promoted, still they are in same position. I saw some seniors employes get demoted also.

As a result i get to interact with high profile people, celebrity and many more thinks to learn Another plus point is that my colleagues and Leadership Team is very much supportive & we work happily in collaboration.!!☺️

...gative wives so sometime we have to work more than shift timing but it’s okay becouse if we will spend more hours will get more salary.
