Job security is good , company culture is also good but it depends on senior, overall company is good can work for long time , HR policy are good , high job security, multiple option and departments for work , IJP ALLOWED

Salary are poor, rating culture kills many many years for performer ..every year you have to get top rating and last top 2 rating are considered for promotion some time people are struggling for 4 to 5 year for promotion in mid management segment.

Job security all depends on your performance only. work culture is overall ok.. but sometimes depends upon your reporting manager. Management is average. Technology wise company is very strong & update very fast & always ahead to competition.

Dislikes

compensation is ok... growth is comparatively slow. Work pressure is very high. Learn so many things but more training need to conduct. Rewards & recognition is not as per previous years. Need more work balance...

I would like to take privilage in thanking ICICI Prudential, my bosses and team for the person who I'm today. From a Sales person to marketing person the journey was little tough but it's still a memorable ride which gave lot of opportunity to test my creativity. It believed in my potential and added a bigger responsibility to my shoulder which gave additional power to carry it to next level. It was a day to be remembered. We made a gold mine which is glorifying now.

Salary and Level split. It took me 2 years for reaching to this position but it will take still 8 more years in Ipru for reaching the Level where a normal IIM cat college person is hired and paid. People with passion and potential equal to IIMs are recoganized for the smart work and hard work and extracted work more than what an IIM does but failed to provide a proper pay. HR policy and management need to take a look at it. Instead of placing 3 SMs they can pay 2 SMs or 1 SM who is working well and good - who will take added responsibility and work but they fail to understand this common logic and keep cost cutting with own employees, they know they will get people for less wage - so instead of paying 2 person, they can pay 10 persons. Still old managers following old strategies and not lending ears to follow new strategies. SUPER BOSSES are cool - they mindshare is what required all people at mid level management who came to the position only because of staying in same company for 13 years needs to be eliminated and AVP level people should bring in young and dynamic persons as managers to work under them into play.

Icici prudential is basically good company .It gives good salary for freshers.

Company wise icici is very good. But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.

There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.
