Nothing to like in this company except salary and allowances.

Guys, if you want to join this company... Remember 1 thing. Forgot about your personal life and family. Everyday torture from managers for business. Even you have to work on Sundays, festivals. Even if you have completed your work timings and returned to home, even though your managers will torture you in calls whatsap for business and targets. Let me tell you how I left icici pru, ohh sorry wait.. I didn't left the company, my managers made me do it. They not accepted my sign in attendance, even am going to office daily and tried to give my best to the organization. But this is what they did.. So they were giving me hints go and resign for your job. Everyone will have self respect, even I do... So without hesitation I went to hr and gave my resignation. Worst company in my carrier I had never seen. Freshers, i suggest you to not join this company and spoil your career. That's all.. Thankyou, Jai hind!!!

Icici prudential is basically good company .It gives good salary for freshers.

Dislikes

Company wise icici is very good. But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.
