Dislikes

There is absolutely no work life balance here. The boss / super boss everyone speaks in a very demotivating and degrading tone. It is very abusive and toxic. Unrealistic expectations and extremely abusive culture

I would like to take privilage in thanking ICICI Prudential, my bosses and team for the person who I'm today. From a Sales person to marketing person the journey was little tough but it's still a memorable ride which gave lot of opportunity to test my creativity. It believed in my potential and added a bigger responsibility to my shoulder which gave additional power to carry it to next level. It was a day to be remembered. We made a gold mine which is glorifying now.

Salary and Level split. It took me 2 years for reaching to this position but it will take still 8 more years in Ipru for reaching the Level where a normal IIM cat college person is hired and paid. People with passion and potential equal to IIMs are recoganized for the smart work and hard work and extracted work more than what an IIM does but failed to provide a proper pay. HR policy and management need to take a look at it. Instead of placing 3 SMs they can pay 2 SMs or 1 SM who is working well and good - who will take added responsibility and work but they fail to understand this common logic and keep cost cutting with own employees, they know they will get people for less wage - so instead of paying 2 person, they can pay 10 persons. Still old managers following old strategies and not lending ears to follow new strategies. SUPER BOSSES are cool - they mindshare is what required all people at mid level management who came to the position only because of staying in same company for 13 years needs to be eliminated and AVP level people should bring in young and dynamic persons as managers to work under them into play.
