...my first job, therefore my excitement and expectations to new job was very high. That was exactly matched with IPRU the salary and incentive every month credited on time. Just doing work and there will be support always. But due to dream for entering FMCG sector i quit there. But I am to say that I was a part of IPRU.

Dislikes

Dislikes actually was not there, just internal politics which could be found in every organisation. People's thoughts can't be changed so looking in broader way organisation is fully dedicated to support (my personal experience)

Likes

...rstanding of products. Bosses are also approachable to your queries and worries. Compensation and promotions are high.

Dislikes

HR is nearly unapproachable, work life balance if nearly to zero you start working from day start and attend calls till late evenings, have to work mostly on all Saturday's and sometimes in year end's in Sunday's also. You don't get much updated Hardware ex- laptop or system to work, you have bring your own devices most of the time for use.

Likes

Good incentives and better appraisal are there. Senior are quite supportive. Salary is quite handsome.

Dislikes

No work life balance, limited holidays and job is totally target oriented, tranfers are common for non performers. Hectic schedule

I like working culture and salary and the other part of dislike is all knows job security.
