...ob security.The work culture of Ipru is so good & Company policy is also good. But my opinion is that we should make some changes in our working style in our service part & also need to be some changes in salary of employee,there is very slow movement in increasing of salary. We all know about the costing of daily life which is increasing more and more now a days. Company must think about this to increase the salary according to upward of expenses of a person . It's very different to run a family in this salary. All is excellent in Ipru like company culture,job security, management , company policies,etc . But my opinion is that company need to think about the salary of an employee according to upward of expenses in our daily life.

... of ipru . Sometimes it's too late to respond a customer due to service issue. Also my concern about the salary it's too less to live life.

...1 there is no respect at all) Work is given priority then Health of employees Salary according to the ratio of responsibilities given is comparatively very less. There are no holidays on Saturday unlike many companies have a Off. Here employees have to treat customer as God and get humiliated form them if something wrong thing has happened in the past due to which I personally have got mental health in a bad condition which was the major reason to exit from ICICI Prudential So much so that I decided to change my career from Marketing to IT field There is nothing called as training as employees are just told to sit besides the experience people and watch their work and learn for it. As a fresher it was really hard to understand anything.

There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

...gative wives so sometime we have to work more than shift timing but it’s okay becouse if we will spend more hours will get more salary.

icici is itself a brand and it has its own value the best thing about icici that the customer satisfaction is the best one and the products services or any issue regarding anything can be solved easily

Not satisfactory compensation and the career growth is very slow because insurance is a prosuct that 90% people dnt understand or dnt buy or miss guided by their friends and the last one thing is leaves are given very few
