...about it and some senior employees do the monopoly and misutilize the power....and i observed that people hired from outside to ipru on high package but existing employees always suffer interms of promotion and increment.....any ways i m a small employees and i don't have any value to give the any feedback . It's just a by heart just i articulate my views... Thanks...

Good with job security. Educate employee alot on products. Salary gets on time. In lockdown there was alot of supports from top management. Alot we can learn from this organisation. Over all its an very good organisation.

Career growth is bit slow thats it. Rest all perfect.

...ob is to recruit advisors(agents),train them and generate business through them.Salary is good.We get yearly bonus and monthly bonus if we reach our goalsheet. Cons:To be honest,the products we sell are not so worthy to the customers unless he stays invested morethan 15years with the company.And MF's give better returns than Life Insurance.Customers lost trust in Life Insurance because of the high commission they give to agents and charges they pose to operate.Work life balance is terrable We are asked to come to office on every 1st,3rd and 5th sundays and 2nd,4th sundays are holidays (We have to go to client meeting on those days too because every monday is a business day).

Teammates are good,training is also good.there is no problem with salary,learning and bonus etc.Job security is terrable,even you dono when you'l quit because of Mental pressure.

Icici prudential is an excellent company when it come for salary package and working environment . . But there are 7 channels through which they sell insurance everything depends on the channel which you get!
