I've done more than 150℅ YTD achievement last year still didn't get any appraisal or extra bonus for that and i got the same rating as non performers of the team. Also I qualified for GOA Summit which is not happened. Salary appraisal in 2 years is also not good.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

Company develop people by learning and valuable skills. Customer first, best product's with features.

... 18 years of my life to the company , doesn’t recognise handwork and commitment.New hires from outside the company are brought in at higher salary's. That kind of thing unvalued and disheartened.
