Training part is very good with this amc .company really wants to care about their employees but due to some rotten mangoes it is impossible to implement there good work ethics.

Overall the company is good, during pandemic period not even once there was salary issue.

My immediate manager and his boss,were the most useless creatures on earth,not clear about what to do,and always trying to manipulate team members.

it is leading asset management company in india in AUM with numbers of funds schemes. Best part to work in this company's HR policies.

compensation is decent however growth is slow bcz in channel sales and there is no insensitive structure. sometimes, i have to work 12-13 hours in a day for client calls . however HR policies very nice

In terms of knowledge they give very good training.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is very bad. No worklife balance, like in holiday if some new fund is launching you have to work on Saturday or Sunday. They don't feel we are human. We need rest. And DET channel don't give leave.
