Internal politics are there but at a minimum Best thing is that icici prudential amc avoids hiring people from outside the company and tries to train and motivate the pre existing employee for the upper management

The promotional structure is slow and salary upraises are very low if you are ready to put in 5 years to reach the position of a TL that’s fine but if you looking for climbing the ladder quickly that is something which is not going to happen Daily targets are a little irritating and the compliance is also very very strict from a company stand point that’s good but from an employees point of stance it’s very restrictive If you don’t like public speaking or attending meets or presenting ppts you are going to hate it her because the company will make sure every employee is confident with their speech and will try to make you present a ppt at least once every 3 months The work profile gets a bit boring after a point as it is pretty repetitive and the compliance while taking calls is very restrictive and will make taking calls a bit tricky Salary is the major concern as monetary growth slow which can be expected from a big company

Training part is very good with this amc .company really wants to care about their employees but due to some rotten mangoes it is impossible to implement there good work ethics.

...a call centre though for beginners its a superb place but not for experienced Salary on time Yearly bonus if you're average you may get around 50k ,if good thn around 1L

Over all work experience with ICICI was so good..be it work culture, seniors, salary everything...everyone is supportive A good learning platform Overall a happy experience:)

At the starting moment company was good but salary benefit and appraisal is shit if you just want calls and minutes to be completed and work like donkey so any one can join its just company have fame and money but they never respect employees management has also became worst now no support nothing At last they just only tell you will fire your on the spot.
