Work Life Balance is Better for those who are doing alternative work also like freelancer,event management,any sport player. there is many shift available Like mrng, general,semi general, night shift, there is no fix shift and also rotational 2 weekoff.

Nothing but one tranier till now who really help hard and connect with us rest all were arrogant people's.

Dislikes

There are lot more if I gonna speak all I think the box will show me the limit, There work culture is below average the salary won't justify employees work at all and also employees have that much pressure were company directly asking to leave to some employees without any reason because of sometimes some personal issue or sometimes there arrogant nature. It's my humble request just treat your people like your people not your personal assistant.

...eone's talent to bring you up and if you are women than its so much easy :( ....last but not least they prefer hiring TLs from external source and pay them high but they will not give growth to internal employee who is eligible for same and had worked for 5yr with good rating and process knowledge. Here you are judged by perception and not by your performance.
