Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

Company managers are better for support to business and work . Work culture is better than other companies.

...med employees instead of new appointed freshers or other newly joined employees. If any vacancy generate as BM or any senior manager, HR appointed new candidate from other company with higher package instead of given chance to their old employees.

Toxic behaviour by top management, and HR will not supportive, On every day 4-5 con call , work under pressure , HR will transfer any time any where without prior notice, old employees are permanent दामाद of company, they will not accept new employees.

They don't give balance salary if you leave the organisation. They make you work for them free for 45 days. Incentives are not given. Fake people and fake support is given. Never work there and if working take their laptops and run away.

I was interviewed, got selected, documentations & everything were done, which took nearly 2 days, after that salary negotiations, then all of a sudden they started saying that hyderabad location won't be easier for me as I have to relocate & my residential place in hyderabad is little away from the ofc, then they started saying that they will try to relocate me to kolkata, I accepted that offer too, but after waiting for 2 days i got to know that there's no vacancy for Kolkata location also, they simply played a game with my career. And mind you, I being shortlisted after interviewing & documentations all were done unofficially on whatsApp and not on mail, I don't trust this organization any more. Please be careful before joining.
