Salary is good. Benefits for employees are good.job security is there.Eveeything is almost automated.Manual work is less

Dislikes

There is no work life balance at all. All the work is just given to you suddenly. 2 to 3 weekends in a month goes in office work.No proper division of work. Politics is there.Partiality is there. Lot of late sitting. No proper planning.

The company is extremely customer-friendly and open to accept new technology. The amount of efforts put in creating better customer experience is superb.

When it comes to appraisals and salary increments, it is not transparent. They have a poor appraisal system and it is heavily partial.

...agers. And also I find the management is very much transparent to the employers. Company policies are good, appreciation and appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

I feel work culture towards timings they have to rework ... employee in that company I felt very stretch timings towards work not able to find the timing for my personal life.

There is several departments, i was working in ( CRT Department ), i had good experience at icici Lombard, if you are completing your on time so no one will force you for OT, if you want leave so you will have to inform few days back to your reporting person and your leave will be approved, we had office outing also, i had been there for 1 year i haven't felt any office politics.

Less salary IJP after 18 months No gift or sweet in diwali Less salary hike

Salary received on time no delays. Leaves system was also as per the requirements

Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good
