I was interviewed, got selected, documentations & everything were done, which took nearly 2 days, after that salary negotiations, then all of a sudden they started saying that hyderabad location won't be easier for me as I have to relocate & my residential place in hyderabad is little away from the ofc, then they started saying that they will try to relocate me to kolkata, I accepted that offer too, but after waiting for 2 days i got to know that there's no vacancy for Kolkata location also, they simply played a game with my career. And mind you, I being shortlisted after interviewing & documentations all were done unofficially on whatsApp and not on mail, I don't trust this organization any more. Please be careful before joining.

Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Dying a beggar is better than joining this place

Salary is good. Benefits for employees are good.job security is there.Eveeything is almost automated.Manual work is less

There is no work life balance at all. All the work is just given to you suddenly. 2 to 3 weekends in a month goes in office work.No proper division of work. Politics is there.Partiality is there. Lot of late sitting. No proper planning.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You can hardly manage your personal and professional life here simultaneously. Upper Management treats like robot. Although your working days are Mon-Fri, but you have to work on weekends also unofficially otherwise you’ll be scolded by upper management. Some old VPs working here are annoying.

IL is company where you get freedom to work and explore. The management and line managers belive in the employee to go out of box and get the things done. Also there work life balance which is very important.

Salary increments are lower when compared to other Competitors.
