Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.Good focus on skill development or learning.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, neither have any company culture, there is growth aspects also but most of the things in the hands of very few people. There is no transperancy about the same in the system.

Got a good salary hike there but on parallel punished with the one of the worst year of my career.

Forget about any work life balance while working with them, you are supposed to be at work all the time. HR is a big zero and solely depends on the business team for his decisions. Employee can be threatened any time, no job security. Taking a day off is considered a crime committed. No off on last 10-12 days of the month. Do not expect any support from management on any part, best for flatterers only.

...he branch. Department Heads don't know how to deal the issues in matured manner. Atleast two sundays may work in a month but no compensation. Not to learn any new things.

Honest review Works as TBM Handles the branch . Salary and perks are good.

No work life balance. No retention for employee serving in notice . Attrition at its highest peak in our region. Middle management alone around 12 member resigned in a span of 1 year. Unlike others credit has to do back end works and operation works which affect disbursement TAT. Affordable home finance but unrealistic targets Collection branch will have to manage for 12 MOB 4th Saturday and sundays are usually working days Etc etc
