Honest review Works as TBM Handles the branch . Salary and perks are good.

No work life balance. No retention for employee serving in notice . Attrition at its highest peak in our region. Middle management alone around 12 member resigned in a span of 1 year. Unlike others credit has to do back end works and operation works which affect disbursement TAT. Affordable home finance but unrealistic targets Collection branch will have to manage for 12 MOB 4th Saturday and sundays are usually working days Etc etc

Got a good salary hike there but on parallel punished with the one of the worst year of my career.

Forget about any work life balance while working with them, you are supposed to be at work all the time. HR is a big zero and solely depends on the business team for his decisions. Employee can be threatened any time, no job security. Taking a day off is considered a crime committed. No off on last 10-12 days of the month. Do not expect any support from management on any part, best for flatterers only.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of products here, we can not able pitch all the products. policies are suddenly change. We are collecting too much of PF and insurance. if we give best service to the Customer he never Satisfy because of PF And insurance. We dont have ROI issue .

During the covid period the company took great care of every employee In the same way, everyone's employment was completely secure and no one's salary was reduced HR and Seniors also interviewed each employee by phone from time to time

ICICI is an institution for learning while you earn, also ICICI gives their employees a Job securities even in this Covid-19 crisis, work culture is good and one can plan to work for a lifetime in ICICI.
