I have done mistake to join ICICI Direct, it's Branch Head profile as offer letter but this is individual RM profile with extra responsibility.No one last here max to max 1yr (my experience from EAST) so JOB insecure they remind it every time.1 or 2 old because they joined as management trainee so don't know a healthy environment. i have worked here 2 and half year and performance wise also good but the culture in icici direct like LALA Company, middle hierarchy are really painful. the way they harassment god help .

Middle hierarchy harass and abuse openly and local HR helpless ,they work for their bonus and salary, HR System totally failed even they for middle hierarchy not for company

They work on skill development and takes webinar on regular basis Salary credit timely.

Dislikes

They involves juniors in Office politics Mukesh kapri zonal head of Chandigarh he is the worst person professionaly and personally you will even met you can't work under him or with him

A person who is really business oriented and is ready to be hardworking in banking field, can find excellent opportunity at ICICI Bank.

Dislikes

The salary package is really low, salary package and clearance amount should be fully given(including deductions).

Despite of good salary, I couldn't get good working environment over here as much politics are here as my own boss do not want to help me out in my case. Even all other person knows how unevenly he distinguishes his team members. At the end, I would say that you should not work here on a shop floor level, either you join at one step higher level post.

Dislikes

The worst part of my employment journey was experienced in ICICI where I was forced by my supervisor to leave the company. Such a terrifying situation!!
