As per my experience icici bank is good place .bank gave me good opportunity to prove myself . But The people who are working in the bank from 5-10 years means who are and old employees of the bank are ruining the life of the new ones . At some places or in small towns hr policies are very poor . HR POLICY is very poor . They will only do whatever is said to them by seniors they do not listen or care for other employees who are doing job . I feel very grateful to work in the bank but i have seen lots of people there who are spoiling the image of bank by their bad activities.

compensation is decent.there is no on-job training for experienced persons properly ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

Bank Is Good But Many Peoples Are there is Old But Knowledge Less And Bank Haer Other Bank Employees Maximum Package And There Knowlege level is not up to the Mark. And old Employees struggling.
