Don't fall in HR words here it's pure sales profile. Even after getting promotion you have to do same. At end of the day they don't ask for anything how much work you did they will ask for business ie daily saving ac current ac etc toxic work culture there is not fix timing they will not leave you till 8 pm even after doing business. You will feel depressed every won't advice anyone to join

HR is very supportive but salary is not that level of job responsibility, need some additional work bonus or I say incentive which will be motivate us. Work environment is good but it will be better if infra could be better.

Job security is there but pay scale is very poor. For existing employees, pay raise is very miniscule. 2 layers in same grade slows career growth. Exhaustive work (12-14hrs) hours ruins work life balance.

Pay raise, two layer in same grade. Work life balance is completely missing in branch banking. Working hours are more than 12 hours.

Likes

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.
