...ng rigourous steps to manpower cut down and does the workplace has became toxic. Company have very bad policy towards recruitment, I have seen new joinee freshers joining on high salary and they aren't even worth the salary given. Decisions if taken by business group or operations then it will work out well for the company but as of now HR are taking the decisions which will not be good for a long term.

Dislikes

1. HR are like god in this company, they shift you anywhere irrelevant to your experience and education. They are god because you could never meet or see them in person. 2. The company does not layoff people, because they dont want to give severance pay but they will transfer you to some remote location or some irrelevant position so that you yourself resign from the company. 3. Career will not grow if you are located in Mumbai or Hyderabad. 4. Transfer and OJP's are just for name sakes but in reality they are not applicable for you. 5. A person was transferred to a different department by HR after 1 year of his service. Later the location of the person was changed after 6 months internally. While person applying for OJP the HR says "you have to be in a position for 2 years without transfer or location change". In this scenario the person did not change his location or job profile by his will but still he is not being considered for OJP. 6. People who wish to join the bank do speak to staff before you join, as the bigger picture shown is different from the actual reality in this bank. 7. I have worked with many companies in past then i switched to ICICI. Here you would not be heard, here you will not be appreciated, you have to work like a robot. 8. In my 1.5 years of tenure i haven't seen any employee engagement here.

...to destroy you career then welcome to ICICI Bank. One the pathetic Bank to work. They hired you on good pay-scale with designation and then they deployed into Branch Banking sales profile and if you can’t get the business for bank then hire authority threatening you to terminate by HR or relocation out of city state. HR is not supportive

Everything except pay which is hard to get with satisfaction mind set. Hire management considered their self the owner of bank. Career destroying bank and people. No value of for which role you newly hired. If you getting pay more then do the sales by knocking every door. Bank of illiterate peoples. They making fools to newly hired employees

Office nd amenities are good... Salary on time.

No work life balance... Less salary . 10am to 11:30 we should be on work . No holidays no festival's nothing. After joining in ICICI I Don't even have time to talk with parents.lots of pressure. Please don't join in CONSUMER FINANCE DEPARTMENT.

The work culture, the hikes, the leaves, managers are very cooperative , the process Is very much designed In a structured ways leading to nil errors ,it is a pleasure working there

While everything at ICICI is worth working for, it would be better if the company also provides overtime salary as well, since banking demands working extra hours.

...ob security was there. Covid workload pays off. I got a intermidiate hike of 5%. So in terms of salary,work there was no complain. Workload was huge. As I am from technical dept, we have to work late. In my short tenure, I worked thrice extreme late. Till 1am,2:30am,5am next day. Login time was 9:15am. But those were issues/outrage.

1. Incapable team of HR, Not at all communicative 2. Company policies 3. Higher management
