Poor culture, people loaded with work, late sitting, working on holidays, HR is dominating entire recruitment process, hence recruiting non competative people.

My seniors always ask about my health & bank give me full salary during lockdown

You feel always preasure on your mind. Basic salary is very low. Incentive norms is very high. They're not give us the idcard of icici bank, they give us photo id card of iprocess so that it is hard to build customer trust.

...d banking, developed communication skill, maintaining relationships and more. Being a fresher I was not expecting a good pay but ICICI gave me an opportunity to develop my skill with a good pay. Also I got a good branch where I was welcomed very well and seniors was always there to guid me for both professional and personal life.

Dislikes

So when I got the transfer to my hometown ,there was one senior who was very rude and also being at a leadership role she was not maintaining etiquette. Even after many complaints HR or seniors didn’t taken any action. And due to that work-life balance was not possible.

Excellent organisation.. I regret the fact that i have to somehow make a move to join some other organisations as the compensation part is always required. But overall the best bank with the best products and features

Compensation is the only thing which icici should look upto for his existing employees as new employees are hired on better packages ignoring the fact whether they are efficient or not.

...enior and got good support from colleagues and we work happily in collaboration. I would like the employee to hike salary of off roll employees and would also like company to hire good off roll employees from third party pay roll on bank pay roll.
