Salary and perks are good.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. Unnecessary toxicity, poor environment in office, rude seniors and one might face harassment from seniors. If you get good team and senior , consider yourself lucky or else its worst.

Likes

Product team culture is different from the branch and operations team. Fairly interesting work, experienced seniors, progressive work culture, youthful peer. The bank has been a leader in technology (good for PMs). Unlimited sick leaves, good insurance policies. Swanky corporate offices with nice cafeteria and other facilities.

Dislikes

Poor pay/hike compared to other PMs. No parity in pay. Product function is still evolving. It's more of a project management function. Bureaucratic decision making process. Hikes be based only on overall performance of team and bank. Promotions will be on vintage. No motivation to perform since free riders now have more reasons to free ride. Some weird policies during Covid- employees were asked to wfh from base locations even if the role does not require visiting office.

...rk culture 2. Life balance is there if you handle ur boss and work carefully 3. Good salary if u r from top college 4. You can learn a lot, lot of scope for this 5. If u r good to handle some pressure, u will get additional responsibilities which is a good part.

Dislikes

1. Not handsome salary for normal guy who just pass out graduation 2. Salary is not upto the market standard for sales officers and sales managers 3. Retail branches have lots of pressure

I was part of digital transformation team. It was fairly new team of the bank when I joined the team. Work was demanding but inspiring. Colleagues are fun to work as well learn from. Great opportunity to learn strategy & high level thought process.

...wly. High impact projects take a long time to be applied ( 1 year or more). 3. Compensation 4. HR policy

Compensation is good. That's the only good part.

Dislikes

No training for new joinees. Lots of Politics. Apathetic senior management about employees, for example, product managers don't even get a desk to work. No fun work culture. No work from home.
