I worked ICICI Bank as a PB RM for 3Years, this Bank will suck you will less salary and work overload with seldom anytime for yourself, Excessive pressure with low pay..HR is strong but for recruitment only(recruitment process is pathetic with no matches on profile and past experience) no use as they will not entertain employees request of any kind

No fixed KRA, No fix stand on anything,frequent change is management and fragile atmosphere , customer dissatisfaction and Glooming brand name Soon going to out from RBI BIG 3

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.
