Any request nor follow by senior also and lastly harassing to employee and say to put down the paper.Higher hierarchy only listen the word of high label employee and law label employee are punished for them.Now company policy is very worst

They are putting employee in no role even they take work from them even cut down his bonus and Sallary, every branch work 9 pm, Lower employee harassed by senior and finaly put the situation where employee automatically given resignation

When My Mother And Father Have Medical Issues Then I Am Request To Senior Management For Transfer To Near By My Parents Living Location But They Have Totally Denied.

No learning or knowledge transfer You bring your own skills and work else leave No guidance from seniors or colleagues as everyone is after his own numbers On top of that colleagues and seniors will have inferiority complex already if you got better education English speaking is discouraged as most employees working in such roles are from tier 2 cities and towns HR function is non existing I never saw who is HR Hiring in bulk and then removing in bulk Not to forget the toxic work culture as many people have already mentioned More like a freelancing role without any support
