I have a new job in ICICI Bank for Branch Banking as a Relationship Manager, but my friend, who is also in the same bank, told me not to join Branch Banking as a Relationship Manager because the sales targets are too high and the work culture is too toxic. He suggested I transfer to Corporate Banking." Please give me suggetion?

High level politics and buttering. Less salary and extreme work pressure . From last 2 yra standard rating . People with best work got standard rating as well as people with zero work got promotion and standard rating because of buttering .

...training will be provided you have to learn on your own. Friendly HR policies. If any person is good at pressure handling and Sales, Salary will increase every year. ICICI Bank gives highest salary to PB so expectations from PB is very very High you have to prove your self.
