Nothing is good.There is third class crowd. No work environment.

Dislikes

Less Salary and Growth is very slow.Even HR do not follow compliance. There is lot of politics. There working places are very cheap and small.There is no cafeteria and canteen only main office have like Mumbai (VKC and Chandiwali office only).There is no proper training provide by ICICI BANK.I am not feeling here a corporate world maximum crowd is cheap.

Good learning environment, provides lot of training and technology of ICICI is the best,. Employee and customer friendly

No work life balance, no increment, no salary hike, no promotion even after 3 years, no recreation provided for employees, all work and work, no official party, not even once a year.. nothing on diwali...not even a Rs1 chocolate.... Very less bonus...just in pennies.... Very less basic..... No employee retention policy... Human resource are hopeless.....

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

Dislikes

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.
