Salary and job confirmation is totally Disappointing ,PF deducted in basic salary, worked for one year then still not job confirmation as there rules , privilege and sick leaves also just Formalities when you resigned they deduct in your F&F

ICICI is super brand in banking sector. Salary and benefits is unmatchable in industry.

Work culture is terrible. Work life balance is poor and work satisfaction is zero. No fix time to leave office. Based on my experience and it may be differ person to person.

Company doesn't follow minimum wage act. That means everyone not get increment. No increment or bonus received by me in 3 years. Company makes a Branch manager a teller because of politics and not performance

People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,

Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade
