I have a new job in ICICI Bank for Branch Banking as a Relationship Manager, but my friend, who is also in the same bank, told me not to join Branch Banking as a Relationship Manager because the sales targets are too high and the work culture is too toxic. He suggested I transfer to Corporate Banking." Please give me suggetion?

High Iteration rate People keep in changing for every 3 months and they don't give enough time to settle at Max you get 3 months after that they put so much Pressure you end up resigning.There is no Proper training and Guidance given here.

Remuneration is too low for persons who is experienced. Salary package is below average compared to other organisations. And employee who is working for the same organisation for morethan 6years getting salary of an RM new in other organisations .

Work culture is very very poor. Work time starts at 8:45 am and finishes at 9:30 pm. No leave allowed except sunday. Daily unrealistic target and unprofessional micro management.
