... excellent. Most of the employees are not supportive. Appraisals are very bad. Both Performers and non performers got equal salary and bonus.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not at par and career growth is very slow. People who get the support from manager will get the promotion very fast.

Sorry but there is not much I like about this company. The only thing which has happened good is work from home that's it

...ive us lot of pressure and tell us that if we don't do it we might lose our job. In a very small package of salary they demand us to do so much and just as my salary is so less i don't get the staff benefits. I am extremely disappointed with my job as I never expected icici bank to be like this.

Policies are only in pages not in real life

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to employees.

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.
