Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

Dislikes

There is nothing dislike about icici bank. Sorry to say for me this best working place ever.

Growth prospective, I am working in ICICI BANK as Sales officer from the last one year. It's great experience to be in sales. I have learn so mamy things from my BM. She's very supportive. With my hard work I am now shifting to operations with support of my RH and BM.

Dislikes

Performance linked pay is not there. Perks & Incentives should be there to motivate and retain especially sales Team. Otherwise they'll move to other organisation which are providing incentive. Ultimately everybody is working for their personal growth, Money. And there should not be any difference between Inbound and outbound Teams. Operations team thinks that they are superior to Sales officers. They can order sales team to do whatever they want. It's been two months as My BM is on maternity leave. Now DBM is taking care of the branch. I am very much disappointed of the behaviour of my DBM towards me.

Your salary will get credited on time. You will get medical insurance of 4 lakh

Dislikes

1. negative work life balance 2. Pathetic work culture 3. Toxic environment 4. High work pressure 5. No HR support 6. 16 hrs work time as you have to reach office by 8:40 so you have to leave your home by 8 and will reach home by 9:30

Salary is very less as compared to the work we do....For SO we will get only 14k in hand after deduction. For the same post we will get 25k in other banks. So join this institution only after thinking 100 times
