Job is not education based. CA is sent for collection, non CA is doing credit work, law graduate is doing sale collection, non legal is doing court work. Its so confusing as to why this ? Lack of manpower. Etc.

Dislikes

As a fresher, you are pushed to bring business from Day1. If someone comes for a training session, the boss drives him away for wasting employee's precious time. HR provides zero support and does not assist at all in the initial days when all the joining formalities have to be done. They expect us to learn everything on our own as the other staff is too busy in their work to be of any help or assistance. The work culture is so negative that you are called infinite times a day to know the business status. No other activities or events are cared to be celebrated.
