At present I am working in icici bank in this having a lot of pressure and growth is very long and no team work in employees very low packages and one of the big failure here is once join as a employee in case you're are written any job related to icici bank you're unqualified for that post.that's why I am not able to interested to continue in this job.

ICICI Bank is an organisation wich lead to grow with new innovative learning module. I am realy thanks to the bank however geowing my coreer with performing my roll as Development officer. The bank is very useful to new employee which are ready to grow there coreer within bank.

salary structure avarage as compaire to other as well huge pressure as compaire to other..... there is no work life balance.... maximum time spending in traveling....

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.

Bank Is Good But Many Peoples Are there is Old But Knowledge Less And Bank Haer Other Bank Employees Maximum Package And There Knowlege level is not up to the Mark. And old Employees struggling.

Many Other Employee they Are hard working But New Comers are High Salary And old Employees Are Less Salary. So culture is Disaster, Because Of salary Defferent.
