salary is very less and working hours is very long since morning 9 AM to evening 9PM.

Company is very greatful during lockdown with their employee no salary cut and develop new changes for sing in and work from home culture and working with one of largest bank is really good and great learning get as Credit Manager.

There are little tough to manage work life balance during month end.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.
