Work culture is very very poor. Work time starts at 8:45 am and finishes at 9:30 pm. No leave allowed except sunday. Daily unrealistic target and unprofessional micro management.

... to travel everywhere and conveyance is comparatively less than other companies. Bonus is ok kind of. And the most important thing is every single employee is ready to pull your leg when you do something good. Managers take things personally which is actually not good. If you're fortunate enough then you will get a supportive boss.

Dislikes

It's working culture. No particular time shifting like other banking companies. No work life balance. There is a lot of politics among the branches. Being an RM/BSM you have to handle more than one branches so if you have any lead/client details then you can't share the same with other branches. They don't focus on servicing of the customer but every one wants to do a business for them. Every day your boss will ask you to business and if you are unable to do they will start scolding you like anything.

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

Dislikes

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.
