Dislikes

Very bad boss pleasing culture, no meritocracy, performance ratings are a joke. No transparency in policies, if you are a higher up you can get things done pretty fast. I would not suggest people from premier Bschools and Technology people to join this company.

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.
