...t idle instead of join this organization. Management have ego issues and they. They hold employee salary by saying first resign then we will initiate the last month salary it had happen in the month May 21. Many employee have raised a complaint to labour court against this company. Event they delayed in FNF still many employee are waiting to get their FNF. They fired within a month of joining by saying u r not achieving their target. Management has 0 experience to run a ecommerce company. They take security cheque from employee for the company assets like laptop. Whatever is mentioned on their details nothing is here. #Dont waste your skill by joining this company. It's shit

No job security. No employee benefits. The salary date is not fixed. Resigned from the organisation in march 2022 and still not got the salary for the last 3 months. No working ethics, management goals and integrity for the organisation. Total time waste of 6 months in my career by working here.

They Don't pay salary! My 4 month salary pending on them, travel claims not getting settled as company don't have funds to run the business, and top of that, management is not bothered to attend any calls of employees or clients! Unethical behaviour!

Very poor and bad environment and cultures. Management behaviour not goodand negative attitudes.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is not decent and not paid on time. Career growth is slow.
