There are no career opportunities here unless you are working in bookings /sales , they only promote people in sales, I worked here for good 4.5 years but didn't see any growth financially or professionally. I was appreciated many times but in terms of career growth the company stands at nil. Good part is that they didn't make people redundant during covid.

Dislikes

...pretty hectic plus they don't value it. You won't get any additional benefits i.e incentives or bonus however they do give incentives to sales. They need to understand that both departments work in the same tangent so they can't just value sales and devalue payroll

...ab but they wont inform you. They will force you to sign the resignation letter. They will literally eat you salary and efforts. Please do not join this worst company if you really want a peaceful life.

...he decision you will end up working in an environment where animals are working. No peace, no salary ,

Good culture and environment, focus on skills Development and learning. People are good and not much company politics. Exposure to international process and countries.

Dislikes

Salary increment for support service is very low and good for sales. Slow growth in position and salary.

#The company is good, and an appraisal cycle or incentive is fair. #People and teammates are friendly and cooperative. #Good platform for learning especially if you are in your initial stage of getting work-ex. #HR and other cross-functioning teams are easily reachable.

Dislikes

#Low salary #Lack of software/tools for finance ops activities #Taking leave/off is a difficult task even during Indian festivals as well as US-based festivals.

Be aware from the company who’s company values says Family. Your real family is at home, they will not even treat you as an employee

...tled my roles within a day, without out informing asked me to leave on the spot. No Job security, will give the package you will ask for but don’t fall for the trap…
