In Business school, too much politics. Specially Director is not good. Top officials must depute fair and non discriminate people here. No Development of employee, no promotions. Old fashioned University setup, not ready to be modern Business school.

A person can not have their own personal life at IBS . Even the incentive is not being credited on time . There’s no job security at IBS

This company is just being run by employees salary as they are are filling the students' from their own salary , by this you will be giving half of your salary every month

Appraisal is really not great and it happens after 2.5- 3 years. If you show them your excellence in some work (work which is neither in your KRA nor related to JD) but you have to do it. (Personal work) and it's very much irritating and it demotivates the employee.
