Starting from start 1. interview process is slow 2. New teams/dept formed so leadership was clueless on what they want from employees 3. Middle management is heavily misdirected and not in sync with top management 4. extremely average crowd and culture intellectually and socially. no intellectually stimulating conversations whatsoever. thereby poor mediocre culture in middle and lower scale 5. expectations too high without a program scope. they need results immediately while they neither know the problem statement completely nor the path to solution 6. Personally for my manager , not good at receiving feedbacks, my way or highway attitude 7. was given a hard time while I had to take leaves due to medical reasons... I was on probation, but I had genuine reason was in hospital.. they constantly cribbed about performance and results) No human consideration whatsoever wasnt a cultural fit for me for sure...

No work life balance, no respect for employees personal time or off days,Very less annual leaves, very hectic work everything is priority at the same time and same one person should work on it.

Some teams are really good.

Dislikes

...No new technical learning. It said to be Cloud company but grooming in cloud. In Full and final settlement, they deduct every compensation you got, which personally feel very bad.

They just don't want to answer when they'll go for IPO, people are holding lots of ESOPs but there hasn't been any buyback since a long time now. It's a startup yet acts like a MNC.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. No appreciation even if you work till your last breath. No job security at all. They can kick you at any time no matter how good performer you are.Its good for employees who are feet lickers of managers. You can’t trust anyone in teams.
