No Job security, no professional ethics in company, they offer me salary for manager but expected work and responsibilities of CEO from me, was responsible for all wrong done by anyone in the company. Most of the employees were non experience staffs.

Dislikes

Most of the team mates were non experience hence was dependent on Account and Finance for all small sort of things, company expected me to take all responsibilities as i was the only person working in accounts and finance department but denied the variable pay. No personal life. What ever you do to manage things by your own will not be recognized bcoz non experienced management is not interested to know your efforts. Many sales staff where removed from Job, Staff insurance for new joiners.
