Not support working environment.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
It is far from city. But good one in Ammonia refrigeration and HVAC equipment.

Here vacancy open always only contract basis not open for company pay roal and seniors not good behaviour to juniors and seniors not given proper training to juniors and not have given chances for Position upgrade not given good position name for workers and always change work of workers not separate work for any workers
