This company lacks everything a professional organization should have. From months of delayed salaries to a complete absence of professionalism and leadership, it’s riddled with dirty politics and fraudulent practices, especially towards students. Even now, I’m chasing them for my full and final settlement and TDS credit. This isn’t an isolated case—they’ve done this to every employee who has left, withholding the last month's salary and deducted TDS. No professional in their right mind would join this company knowing its practices. For the sake of your career and reputation, steer clear of this organization.

They just only want the student to get paid nothing else,Only Moneyrest how and when student is going to start his trainning nothing concern, and fake commitment that they are under Balaji production and will get life time job Assistance ,

Fake commitment for will get life time job assistance .student comes with lots of hope but gets trained in same class whether he enrooled in any course advance or normal .

They don't have any business strategy. Unrealistic course plan with huge price with poor leads. No marketing / publicity strategy. No placement for students which they demand. If you enjoy hard core sale,then you can sustain here You should have experience in call centre because you have to take 100 calls minimum per day. Frustrating work culture. Poor office set up in kolkata branch.

Company has opened offices but actually it is like a information centre. Employees will be in call whole day to get a student without having any strategy, support by the management. Students has to take admission in local office but for getting training need to go Mumbai. Which is not possible.

This company usually take Security money from the students at the time of admission and suppose to refund them after the completion of training. But the Company have not done it and after 3 years also students are knocking the door of the Institute for the security deposit money and the frustrated students start misbehaving with the local Head. Which I think is a FRAUDULENT activity of the Company. It should not be done with the student.
