Good campus, Work timings, Friendly staff and the research done here is appreciable although not very innovative. Staff helps farmers and agro based companies in a holistic way. Work-life balance is also good as work timings are same as any other Govt. office.

Dislikes

...u're looking for job security, only look for permanent posts which pay decently. Research students may find it difficult to get salary on time. You have to work 10-5 on Saturdays too. Also, office politics can get in the way of the work you need to do, and that can make work difficult.
