Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The Indian Insitute of Soybean located in Indore under the ICAR works on research on all aspects of Soybean in the areas of crop improvement, crop protection, crop production.

It is a government organisation and research related developments are good over here. Good working environment for those who are innovative and want to learn something. Opportunities are open for career perspectives.

Most of the positions are temporary which is good to learn but job security is very poor. Permanent positions are filled only by government recruitment procedures.
