One of the worst company, they don't value people who work there. They are very arrogant , they just need sales they are very abusive Yasmine is one of the worst lady i have come accross, One of my friends, who wanted to leave ican, the management was not allowing her, they were black mailing her that she can't leave, and if she leaves they will Black list here in Nascom, and she will not get job, and now she is earings more than Yasmin ! 😂😂😂 They don't know how to agents!! Just want to wish BEST OF LUCK! 😉

Well the seniors here get the work done from you But they do not provide the incentives as u have been told for or as per the incentive slabs.personaly i had to recieve 7-8 k incentives and they just gave me 2k incentives and i my work performance waa very good.So these senior team leaders here do not provide the right incentives for your work,first they tell u to hit ur targets so that u can earn handsome incentives and once the work is done they'll just tell u that the transfer which u made were not approved n thus u'll not get incentives for that n vice versa they'll give u very less incentives.So think twice b4 u go for an interview at Ican.

No support at all during COVID19, they have not paid salaries after March, 20, Management is poor, work culture is pathetic due to poor HR, company keep changing policies as per their requirement.Job security is zero, anytime they can ask you to go.

Work culture and environment are toxic due to inefficient HR and poor management
