ICAM solution is a good company. Now a day's also learning so many things in this company. When I came to this company I didn't know everything like setting. Programming and operations. Now i have learnt setting programming cycle time reduce kaizen 5S . quality instruments like trimos micrometer etc.and i am doing develop new components in less time . Cycle time reduce. Etc.
