There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training not given to new joinees

ICAM solution is a good company. Now a day's also learning so many things in this company. When I came to this company I didn't know everything like setting. Programming and operations. Now i have learnt setting programming cycle time reduce kaizen 5S . quality instruments like trimos micrometer etc.and i am doing develop new components in less time . Cycle time reduce. Etc.
