The job role is the best part. You get to know new things, deal with dynamic students. Overall people who love to teach, it's a good option for them.

Job security is really low, in office politics is a bigger problem, non-payment for months is another serious issue.

Based on exam passed, video while lecture and quarterly faculty exam marks obtained rating is given and accordingly appraisal. Management and old admin faculty and old students more interested in politics than actual knowledge progress. Politics hamper faculty performance appraisal. Free of cost session are avoided by management. Exam pattern are changed without intimation of concern faculty. Few out of syllabus questions are involved in module head office exams. Hygine and Drinking water is not good.

Improperly allocation of batches and gaps amoung each. Management more interested in making money out of it rather than career Development or peer to peer basic financial problem solving. Faculty aren't allowed in any management decision. Students are heavily assigned batches. Carbon copy of exam isn't provided through email. Computer are too slow. Software use is pirated and/or cracked version of ms office and tally(any version). Management pressurized faculty for helping students while internal and head office exams and based on passing result hire/fired takes place. Whole ICA don't use tally server. I urge Microsoft donot offer license to ICA Institution for conducting online MOS exams. Admission staff is rude for faculty.

The company is not open for innovation but they try to adopts and especially try to copy the latest technology for show off.The common roof colleagus were good but the systems whole culprited by seniors. As per senario and requirements of market they try to provide training and develoment programme just to show off.

Company is descent, but growth is very slow. Senior 's do not value an individual unique strenghth. No value of human rights as a employee. They only want profit and complete work without expense . No any training of new joined person.no ethical and moral values.
