A big problem is related with salary, there is no such date for the salary distribution. In this lockdown, they are providing only 30% of the salary.

As a result, I too learn so many new things .Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.I love ICA.

...r month in which 3000 are spents into fare .I got only 7000 which is quite low .I request ICA to increase my salary upto 18000 minimum.

...l the issues. Always created suspense about the work. Multitasking work culture. In Covid -19 pay 40% salary for three month, Now on hold for when situation will be normal

There are no marker-dusters available in the class. too much of importance is given to students feedback instead of their growth and development. Center head is hesitant to any change and disgraceful.
